Cross Training is the action of engaging in two or more sports or types of exercise in order to improve fitness or performance in one’s main sport. Incorporating strength and mobility exercises curated for runners is beneficial for ensuring well rounded health and muscular development, preventing injury, and increasing longevity. With Dr. Nurah’s expertise as a strength and conditional specialist, we focus on unilateral exercises, increasing flexibility, and recovery + post-run rehabilitation.
